März 1999 Seisenbacher shows his personal versions of judo-techniques The book tells about Peter Seisenbachers judo-career and how his personal judo developed over the years. It is being shown how victories and (even more) losses in competition influenced the judo of the Olympic champion of 1984 and 1988. He describes the differences between the traditional and his personal version of the judo-throws and groundwork. You can also find something about training methods written by George Kerr, but this is not very detailed. You can learn very much about how a top-class fighter has to choose which techniques fit for him and how he has to adapt them to his personal skills.
